You would format MP3 player with PC not with Mp3 player itself, way for memory management is transferred to Window OS format way. 
It may cause serious mal-function. So PC format way is prohibited. 
If you did format with PC, please format with MP3 again. MP3 player format (slow, fast) is included in configuration of menu.
